They are an enjoyable bird to work with and very popular in captivity as they are easy to maintain and breed.
We feed Mazuri maintaince 12% diet. They will do well in cooler climates.We also feed willow leave and buds, Jack pine ,Scotch pine
Huckleberry leaves and berries, cran berries.With Larch trees being there
favorite branch.
